Description: A workshop, covering basic administration and enforcement for local contracting agencies. In addition, the requirements of Davis-Bacon covered projects will be covered.

Topics included will be: Wage Decisions, Reporting Requirements, Work Classifications, Additional Classifications, Documentation Requirements, Investigations, Wage Restitution, and Much More …Registration is free and open to the public.

Who Should Attend: Public Housing Authority, CDBG, HOME, Recovery Act Programs and employees who are responsible for administering and enforcing Federal labor standards compliance on HUD projects subject to Davis-Bacon prevailing wages. This training would also be appropriate for general contractors and sub-contractors responsible for submitting certified weekly payrolls.
