South Dakota Housing Development Authority and South Dakota Community Foundation are proud to bring the second course of the National Development Council’s Housing Development Finance Professional Certification Program to South Dakota and the best part is that it is FREE. The second course, Rental Housing Development Finance, will held September 28-October 2, 2009, at the Howard Johnson in Rapid City. For more information or to register please refer to the link below.
