Request for Proposal
SDHDA is seeking proposals from firms experienced in asset management or syndicating Low-Income Housing Tax Credit projects to participate in certain facets related to the implementation of ARRA as the potential exists that projects that have an award of LIHTCs will not be able to obtain or generate sufficient investment equity from selling their tax credits to complete their projects. The specific asset management and syndication functions that are the subject of this Request are described in Section II, Scope of Work.
