The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) issued Notice CPD-09-03 (Notice) on May 4, 2009, outlining the implementation of the Tax Credit Assistance Program (TCAP). TCAP is funded under the HOME Program, and the South Dakota Housing Development Authority (SDHDA) will receive over $5.4 million in TCAP funding. HUD will issue supplemental or interpretive guidance on TCAP as it becomes available.
